Belleisle Bay NB Beauty

Nestled in the heart of southern New Brunswick, this Belleisle Bay gem got its humble start in the 1950s.  Legend has it that a primitive RV trailer was the beginning of it all, and the building was an add on to the trailer!  Thankfully, the trailer is long gone.  Take the time to imagine how the building has evolved over the years, while enjoying your morning coffee on the extensive covered deck, all the while taking in the endless views of the beautiful Belleisle Bay. Simply heaven on earth.  Can’t you picture the half story with two extra bedrooms taking shape one summer long ago; and the master bedroom addition getting started when finances finally warranted it?  Beautiful aged pine adorns the most of the main floor.

A brand new fridge anxiously awaits use in the fully equipped kitchen.  Don’t waste any valuable cottage time doing dishes.  A dishwasher was added 2014 to take care of the dirty dishes for you.  A stacked washer/dryer in the master addition certainly makes life easier.  Enjoy a shower in the full bath, if you didn’t get clean enough swimming in the Bay!  A wood stove in the living room allows for cozy nights when the temperature starts getting cooler.

More pine awaits upstairs.  It was added after new paint in those two bedrooms in 2019.  Children love the “bunk room”. Two sets of bunkbeds allow for hours of fort building amusement!  This cottage comfortably sleeps eight.

Various new items help make this cottage as maintenance free as possible.  A new metal roof and new steel posts under the west deck (2017), replacement of remaining old windows (2016), new septic system (2015), new pressure tank (2019).

Great neighbours surround you.  Camp Pascobac (with its rich history) to the west of this property, virtually assures that no new building will take place.  Mature gardens attract hummingbirds and enrich the landscape here.  Bates’ Landing is a short ferry ride away.  Don’t forget to get an ice cream cone after picking up your fresh fruits and vegetables!

Everything in the cottage and shed stays.  Just turn the key, open the door and start enjoying the spectacular Belleisle Bay cottage life.  Welcome to 61 Pascobac Lane … the beds are made and waiting for your arrival.
