Beginner Plumbing Workshop for Women: Learn the Basics and Build Confidence!
Join us for a hands-on workshop designed for homeowners who want to understand and manage basic plumbing tasks. In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll learn how to identify key plumbing components, fix common issues like leaky faucets and clogged drains, and safely use essential tools.
Synopsis:
- Understanding your home’s plumbing system
- Tools every beginner should own
- Fixing minor leaks and drips
- Unclogging drains and toilets
- Preventing common plumbing problems
- How-to install Pex B plumbing like a pro
- How-to connect Pex B with copper
- How-to install kitchen and bathroom ABS traps and waste lines
No prior experience necessary—just a willingness to learn and get your hands a little dirty! Participants will gain practical knowledge through demonstrations and guided practice, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and try techniques themselves.
Whether you’re a homeowner, or simply looking to expand your DIY skills, this workshop will equip you with the know-how to handle common plumbing issues with confidence. All tools and materials are provided.

Bring a Pair of Safety Glasses, Work Gloves! Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. If you have your own tools that you wish to get more information about, please bring them along! Be sure they are fully charged!
