This will be a live and interactive workshop with 100% hands-on live demonstrations that you will participate in!

Master the art of basic furniture making in this intensive one-day course. You’ll learn to build a classic Amish-style tall cabinet from the ground up, starting with a deep dive into tools, materials, and measured drawings (copy included to take home)*.
Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to refine your skills, this course offers more than just the basics. Drawing on over 40 years of experience, I’ll guide you through in-depth techniques designed to build genuine expertise for your future projects.
Topics of discussion and demonstration:
This one-day workshop provides a firm grounding in the fundamentals of building an Amish-style tall cabinet from the ground up*.

Duration: 1 Day May 3rd 11:00 am – 5:00 pm with a 30 minute break (Bring a snack or lunch)

Suitable for: Absolute beginners. No prior experience in woodworking or woodcarving is required for this course.

Bring a Pair of Safety Glasses, Work Gloves! Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Bring a snack or lunch (1/2 hour break) as well as a filled water bottle.
