One of our very first articles we ran on Old Home Living was focused on the colour “RED”, and not to be afraid to experiment with bold colours. On the East Coast many houses are painted this way with no fear of bright cheery colours that distinguish a house from a diet of beige and spinach green! This pictorial article we are exploring the wonderful statement yellow makes, not as bold as red, however, a yellow house always tends to bring a smile to one’s face. With the selection we offer here, (again from the East Coast and Ontario) many colours, including purple go well with this lovely warm happy colour.
